The 6th Assam Rifles Half Marathon will be flagged off on Sunday, 22 November 2026 at Assam Rifles Public School (Sports), Laitkor-10, Shillong, Meghalaya. Reporting and flag-off timings for each category will be published with the final race guidelines.
ARHM 2026 has three categories — Cloud Chase (21 KM), Pine Path (10 KM) and Crystal Stream (05 KM). All three are run on the hill roads of Upper Shillong and start and finish at the event venue.
ARHM 2026 is open to everyone — serving personnel, veterans, students, amateur and competitive runners, families and first-timers. The 05 KM Crystal Stream is designed for beginners and families, while the 21 KM and 10 KM categories suit trained runners. Category-wise age criteria are confirmed at registration.
Bib and race-kit collection takes place before race day. Carry your registration confirmation and a government photo ID; bibs are not issued on race morning. Collection venue, dates and timings for 2026 will be announced here and sent to every registered runner.
Wear your bib pinned to the front of your running vest and carry the photo ID used at registration. Shillong mornings in November are cold, so a light warm layer for the start, proper running shoes and any personal medication are recommended. Hydration is provided on route.
Hydration and nutrition stations along the route, medical assistance with ambulance cover, baggage counters, washrooms and dedicated pre- and post-run refreshment zones. Every runner receives the official ARHM 2026 run kit, and every finisher receives a finisher medal.
Prizes are awarded to the top finishers in each race category. The full 2026 prize structure — category-wise winners, age-group awards and prize money — will be published with the official race guidelines. Every registered finisher receives an ARHM 2026 finisher medal and an e-certificate.
